If you booked a transfer and are unable to locate the driver, it is your responsibility to contact the transfer company using the provided contact information in your Travel Documents.
Failure to make contact with the driver may result in them being unaware of any issues, and they will proceed with the service as scheduled. Note that it is possible the the transfer company may charge a change fee or full price for a new transfer.
In addition, the transfer company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by security or passport control.
Drivers will wait for a maximum of 1 hour from the landing time for flights originating from all European destinations, and a maximum of 1.5 hours for flights originating from non-European countries.
