When filing a claim with Trip Mate, you will be required to provide your Great Value Vacations 'booking number'. This is the GVV number provided to you at the time of booking. 

That GVV number can be located in your confirmation email and/or your Traveler Portal. 

Providing this number is mandatory and will help make the claims process more efficient.
