If you have a valid travel credit, please visit your Traveler Portal first for information about your booking and Travel by date. Go to the 'Travel Credits/Voucher' tab in your Portal. 

If you are required to book via our Contact Center, please call our Contact Center at 1-800-896-4600 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you with your booking.

 Please have your travel credit information ready when you call.
