If your flight is delayed we recommend that you contact the local vendors to inform them of your new arrival time. Their contact information can be found on your travel vouchers which are located in the 'Travel Documents' section of your Traveler Portal account.
Please note that if your flight is significantly delayed some services may not be able to be rescheduled. In this instance a claim should be initiated with your travel insurance provider. They can determine if your claim is covered by the terms of your insurance plan.
