If the delayed flight was booked together with the connecting flight, please work with an airline ticketing agent to get yourself on the next flight.
If the initial flight was booked separately, we also suggest that you consult with an airline ticketing agent as you may need to purchase a new flight. Keep in mind that if you miss your connecting flight the airline is likely to consider that you are a "NO SHOW" and, again, may result with the need to purchase a new round-trip ticket. If they see you as a "NO SHOW" they will cancel your return flight ticket as well. This is why we recommend that you book the entire trip with us.
Once you receive your new flight details, please ensure that you notify transfer company (if applicable), car rental (if applicable), your hotel about the change where necessary. Their contact information is located in your Travel Documents.
